Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NUR Vocals website and your purchase of any vocal track through it. NUR Vocals is operated by ELEVEN MOTIONS, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 80259332, address Amerhof 6, 1316CH, Netherlands.

By purchasing a track or otherwise using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our tracks.

NUR Vocals sells instrument-free vocal tracks, organized by mood (Calm, Uplifting, Energetic). Every track is a one-time purchase that includes a commercial license, described below.

Prices are shown on the shop page and on each track card at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a track, you agree to Stripe's own terms of service for payment processing.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed, at which point your license and download become available.

When you purchase a track, you receive a one-time, royalty-free commercial license to use that track in your own content, including ads, reels, videos, and podcasts, for as long as you like, with no attribution required.

This license does not transfer ownership of the track itself. NUR Vocals and its creators retain all intellectual property rights in the underlying recording.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the raw track file as a standalone product, and you may not claim the track itself as your own original work.

Because our tracks are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a track has been downloaded. By completing your purchase, you agree that your right of withdrawal ends as soon as delivery of the digital content begins, in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law on digital content.

If you experience a technical issue with your download or license, contact us at nurvocals@elevenmotions.nl and we will help resolve it.

You agree not to use our website or tracks for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to circumvent our licensing terms or resell access to our library.

NUR Vocals provides its website and tracks as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or tracks.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of NUR Vocals will be submitted to the competent Dutch courts.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date below.
